PRAYER REQUESTS FOR 1-17-26

Prayers for all whom are traveling.

Prasad Deering requests prayers for an upcoming mission trip to areas in his state he is unfamiliar to answer calls to preach the Gospel due his ministry efforts. This is highly dangerous because he plans to carry pamphlets, magazines and books, pocket friendly scripture cards, door post stickers  (Gospel Literature) which he had written and published with him to do this. If he is caught with that material, it puts him in jeopardy with the RSS, the Hindu Religious Police who often attack and accost anyone suspected of proselytizing, which is illegal now in India.

Skip requests prayer for 7 year old Jacob Garland and his family with a brain tumor that is now on hospice with little chance of recovery.

Prayer for Dianne and his granddaughter Barrett who are traveling.

Mark requests prayers for William who was in a major motorcycle wreck in ICU in Denver and had 13 surgeries so far. He is slowly improving but has many operations ahead. He is also struggling with PTSD from the accident.

Skip requests prayers for Mike Skeet and his wife Debbie who is his caregiver. He is bedridden after suffering a stroke in 2024.

Sarah B requests prayer for her back condition and the spine specialist and surgeon is investigating if surgery is an option. She needs approval by her regular doctor and that the surgeon only does the surgery if it will help. Asking for divine intervention.

Dianne requests for the family of Dennis Bubrbig who passed from Cancer this week.

Diane requests prayers for Charlotte Goodman who fell and broker her shoulder, wrist and hip and is in rehab.

Vicki requests prayers for Ken Swiger who is in major pain from prostate issues.

Tina has prayer request for Josh who had a heart attack in his mid 30’s who is her local Sheriff.

Prayers for Louis Lugo and brethren in Venezuela.

Prayers for Jim Williams who may be diagnosed with prostate cancer and is going in for tests.

Prayers of thanks for Prasad and Anusha and the Saints in India who dedicated their new Training Center last week.

Also requesting prayers for Dianne’s Cousin Sharon Leta who is diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Rod requests prayers for Ms. Rasmussen who has terminal cancer and has lost her voice.

Praise report for Betty Lawson who has suddenly showed that her terminal cancer has disappeared and she is in remission.

Skip requests prayers for Dianne, who is having issues with her injured knee which is weak and causing her to fall to the floor when getting up from a sitting position. She may need more treatment and continued therapy to strengthen her leg without hurting it.

Michael requests urgent prayers for his adopted son Prasad Deering in India. Prasad is still recovering from seizures due to low blood sugar and is busy building the Institute atop his home to help educate the street children and the Sunday Pastors in their area about truth from the scriptures.

Carol requests prayers for the financial burden upon her grandson whose insurance will not pay for the ICU and medical bills accrued as a result of the birth of her great grandson Clyde.

Vicki requests continued prayers for Betty and Mitch Lawson, struggling with a terminal cancer diagnosis that are beginning to be felt by Betty. Mitch just had esophageal surgery. She is on hospice care and is struggling with life issues with her husband and children that make her situation worse.

Tom Davis asks for prayers for his pastor who had emergency surgery to remove a blood clot.

Skip is still struggling with his angio edema which is swelling his tongue.

Prayers for John Reedy who is suffering neuropathy with leg issues that are preventing him from walking.

Tina Lewman requests prayers for her ex-husband Chris who is recovering from a hernia operation.

Anusha has a praise that her women’s retreat was a success.

Skip requests continued prayer for Larry Watkins’ recovery from a recent hospital stay for heart problems such as AFIB and needs an ablation for December.

Diane requests prayers for comfort for Maryanne Stellings who lost her husband Joe last week to Alzheimer’s.

Skip requests prayers for Ron Bridges, suffering the ravages of two strokes and recently fell and broke his arm and has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Barb requests prayers for some kidney issues that require expensive medicines she has to take.

Prayers for Gary Woodring, suffering bouts of dizziness and inability to walk or drive at times. He is a scheduled speaker at the Feast at Kentucky Lake.

John Wilson requests prayers for a student in his GED prison program David Thoreux who is trying to overcome Satanism and trying to read scripture and attending services, and was baptized several weeks ago. He is battling evil spirits attempting to re-enter him.

Prayers for Jill and Mark Gully’s son’s Erik’s wife Mary for the cancer she is battling. They are looking at some procedure to be able to alleviate pain and discovered a major bloodclot in her femoral artery in her leg. However, the test also indicted that her cancer is in remission and we are hopeful it is indeed gone.

Bill Jacobs requests prayers for his wife Elaine who suffered a compressed spine and suffered a bleeding ulcer which required surgery, and she is slowly improving. She is still impaired due to her spine and appreciates prayers for healing.

Prasad Deering in India requests prayers for Pastor Satya Paul, who opened his Sunday church to allow a conference to be held about the Sabbath and the Holy Days – he was struck by a truck and suffered a shattered arm and broken shoulder and underwent surgery. He has no mobility in his arm and hands. Please continue to uphold our brother in prayer, asking for his speedy recovery.

Bobby Dozier has some health issues and is weak, the family is taking turns caring for him before his scheduled surgery.

Rod requests prayers for a relative whom came down with Covid.

Skip reports Praise for the fact that Dianne’s leg wound is healing, but she has another few months to go in terms of dressing and bandages until it heals completely. Skip’s Drop Foot therapy is also progressing well.

Tommy Davis askes for prayers for his wife Linda, who is going in for a scan on her esophagas to check for cancer. He is hoping for a good report.

Barb requests prayers for her eye surgery she is undergoing next week, and all her sons and families will be there together for the first time in decades.

Prayers for Ron Bridges who had broken his arm and fell again and broke it in a different place. Also prayers for Dot Ussuri who is recovering knee replacement surgery.

Michael requests prayers for his sister Trish who is burned out and frustrated in caregiving her Dad who is in his 80s with cancer and is his sole and only benefactor due his character.

Jill requests prayers for her sister Joanna who has cancer which has metastasized to her liver and she is in hospice care and the pain is under control, and Jill requests prayers for peace of mind and comfort for her and her family.

Anusha has a praise report after their Gospel Chariot was struck by an auto rickshaw and a car and she gives praise that there was no serious injuries and no major damage to the bike. Her younger son Shalomjee has a bruised bone and muscle where the auto-rickshaw collided with them.

Prayers also for our Fearless Leader Skip, who has Dropfoot, and is affecting his mobility.

Prayers for reconciliation and healing for a congregation.

Prayers for Vicki Auxier, who was hospitalized for depletion of electrolytes and other medications for blood pressure is too much for her system to process, so they are switchings medications.

Starr Spencer requests prayer for a friends daughter who is captured with the LGBTYQ nonsense.

Mark Gully requests prayers for his son Eric’s family. His mother in law, Mary Kissel, was diagnosed with aggressive metastatic bone cancer of the spine. She just began treatment and suffered a lung collapse. Mary’s husband Dave has mild/moderate dementia has had several falls in the last week with multiple head injuries and lacerations. Biggest issue is lack of DNR request and how the family will deal with things as they get worse.

Prayers for Prasad Deering in India, who has been invited to celebrate the Sabbath each week with another group some 90 miles from his home, and he has chosen to put his family on his gospel chariot and attend. Please pray for safety in his travels and ability to share and preach the Gospel with these saints.
